TOURS PARTICIPANTS In order to ensure a congenial atmosphere we reserve the right to accept or reject any personas as a tour participant and to expel the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the tour group. People expelled will not have their refunded.

SMOKING Please note that smoking is not allowed on our buses but smokers can do so when they get to the attraction sites if such destination allows it.

TOUR PRICES Tour price subject to change depending upon the rate for the day. For international tour our prices are valid for 2 months.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS All pre-arranged and confirmed hotel and our tourists will use restaurants. Any change will be the responsibility of the tourist. Kindly do abide by the laws of the country for a memorable experience. Our laws are meant to safeguard your interest and safety. Ghana is the friendliest of all African countries.

HEALTH Malaria course is recommended prior to your departure and discuss with your Doctor which anti-malaria drug to take.

WHAT TO PACK You will need sunglasses, walking shoes suitable for tour, light cotton clothes for daytime and evening, binoculars, hats and a good camera.

PASSPORT / VISA A valid passport and a visa are required for all our international visitors. We can however arrange for visas for commonwealth, Ecowas and American citizens at Entry points. Kindly let us know in advance. The tourist will foot the cost of such visas.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of the tour and other services is required for us to hold your seat for you. This deposit forms part payment, which is due to 10 weeks of commencement of tour. For our daily tours final payment should be made 48 hours before commencement of tour
Cheques are accepted but should be cashed before commencement of tours for confirmation. Otherwise all payment must be in cash.

CANCELLATIONS If cancellation is received more than 2 weeks and 48 hours for daily tours a non-refundable fee of 15% of the cost of tour will be retained.
